Steeton with Eastburn and Silsden Neighbourhood Development Plan - update
The proposed Steeton with Eastburn and Silsden Neighbourhood Development Plan will now go to referendum at the local elections on 6th May 2021. Under the Neighbourhood Plan (Referendums) Regulations 2012, Bradford Council is required to make available for public inspection a number of specific documents during the pre-referendum period (including the updated Neighbourhood Plan and its policy map). These are available on Bradford Council's website as well as viewing by appointment at Britannia House (Bradford) and Keighley Town Hall. The regulations also refer to making them available within the communities the plan covers, and previously documentation was made available at Eastburn Post Office, Steeton HUB and Silsden Library. However, due to Covid this is not now possible, therefore there are two hard copies of the Plan available locally in Steeton at the home of the Chairman of Steeton with Eastburn Parish Council, Dave Mullen, which can only be consulted in a Covid secure manner. To consult one of these hard copies, please contact Dave on 07952 261960 to arrange to collect; you would then need to collect it from Dave's address and return it within 24 hours, after which time the document would need to be left in isolation for 2 days prior to anyone else consulting it. All documentation was available from 22nd March.
