The Field, including the children's play area, at Eastburn is managed by the Eastburn Playing Fields Association (EPFA) as a recreation space to be enjoyed by local people of all ages.

EPFA is a Registered Charity (1010800) where the Corporate Trustee is Steeton-with-Eastburn Parish Council and the 11 Councillors are the Trustees but in this role they are individuals, separate from the Council, in performing their duties.

If you are interested in running a community event on the Field you are required to complete a Booking Application Form for Outdoor Events which can be downloaded by clicking HERE. Once completed, the Form needs to be sent by email to clerk@steeton-with-eastburnparishcouncil.gov.uk or by posting to EPFA c/o Steeton HUB, Skipton Road, Steeton, West Yorkshire, BD20 6FE.

All applications will be considered by the Trustees at their next available Trustee Board Meeting. Please be aware that events cannot take place without formal written approval from EPFA.
