Parish Council meetings are held every month, usually on the second Wednesday at 7.30 p.m

Meetings underlined on the table below are not on the second Wednesday.

Meetings from May to October are held at Eastburn School, Green Close, Eastburn.
Meetings from November to April are held in the Bowling Pavilion, Skipton Road, Steeton.
