Steeton and Eastburn are villages in the Aire Valley between Keighley and Skipton within the City of Bradford Metropolitan District.The villages are served by good bus and train links to Keighley, Leeds, Skipton and Bradford.
There are two excellent primary schools:
Steeton Primary School and Eastburn Junior and Infant School.
There are two post offices and a range of local stores. A range of businesses are based in the villages, and there are many farms and agricultural employers. The Airedale General hospital is situated between Steeton and Eastburn.
The population is 4375 (Census 2011)

Hearing loop installed at the HUB
A hearing loop, to aid those who wear hearing aids, has been installed at the HUB. It was paid for using a grant from the National Lottery Awards for All scheme. If you or your organisation would like to use the system please notify the clerk when booking. Instructions for use will be provided.
